Initiative supported by community funds through the Public Call for granting aids to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises for technical assistance and support services with vouchers and for UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality certification services – PNRR, Mission 5, Component 1, Investment 1.3 (“Gender Equality Certification System”).
PDT Cosmetici has obtained the Gender Equality Certification, pursuing two fundamental objectives.
- Establish equal opportunities, with dedicated practices including those for work-life balance.
- Accountability in terms of social inclusion and respect for differences.
As stated by Maria Antonietta Plantone, CEO of PDT Cosmetici, with UNI PdR 125 the company is committed to promoting the well-being of all the people who work in it.
The audit carried out by the Certification Body highlighted an inclusive environment, ensuring gender equality but above all the focus on people.
Therefore, this certification points out how the choices we make today can build a future for the company and for those who work there.
